Based in London Harley Street and Hertford, I offer a non-judgemental and supportive environment to help you work through any form of problem or issue you may be currently facing.

It's common to feel worried or unsure about what to expect from therapy, especially if it's your first experience. I offer a complimentary 15 minute Zoom session for us to "meet" one another before the first session to help you feel at ease. Following that I offer a welcoming and non-judgemental environment for us to explore together what is negatively impacting you and help you work towards feeling happier and more fulfilled in your life.

Anxiety and stress are everyday factors in life and I believe that therapy can help to manage and reduce the associated emotional pain and mental suffering.

Psychotherapy is a type of talking treatment in which personal interaction with a therapist can help a person overcome emotional problems or issues they may be facing in life. Psychotherapy aims to improve well-being and mental health, to help a person live their best life.

How it can help

Psychotherapy can help a person to deal with negative thoughts and feelings leading to positive changes in life. By talking about things in a supportive environment with a therapist who is objective, neutral and supportive, adverse thoughts and behaviour patterns can be identified and amended.

What to expect

Psychotherapy provides a safe environment in which you can speak about what is negatively impacting your life. Exploring thise issues with a compassionate and empathetic therapist, you can work towards being happier, stronger and overall reaching a better quality of life.
